Bistro Closing Announcement

With grateful hearts and faith in God’s direction, we share that our time serving at the Bistro is coming to a close.

Our last day of service at this location will be February 12, 2026. The Bistro has been more than a place to serve food — it has been a place of family, fellowship, and community. We will truly miss serving everyone here and are forever grateful for the relationships built, the support received, and the many familiar faces we’ve had the pleasure of serving along the way.

This is not goodbye — it’s see you later. We trust God’s timing and His plan as He continues to order our steps.

We’re excited to bring the warmth and flavor of Forever Grateful to Redstone Arsenal with the opening of Bistro 5400! Located at 5400 Fowler Rd in Huntsville, AL, this new location is your go-to spot for soul-warming meals made with heart.

Start your day with us, breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM, and lunch is available from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite between meetings or settling in for a relaxing lunch with coworkers, we’ve got you covered.

Experience dishes crafted with care, inspired by home, and served with a touch of Southern hospitality. Because here at Forever Grateful, every meal is made to feel like a memory.
